Project 2 - Promotional Merchandising Item & Display
Week 10 (03/06/21)
Below are the merchandises that I came up with this week. For the food container and plates, I couldn't find mockups for them so I wanted to try using Adobe Dimension later on. I watched a few tutorials for it but I couldn't really figure it out so I just created a sketch so it can be understandable.

Project 2 - Promotional Merchandising Item & Display
Week 10 (03/06/21)
Before the class, me and Chia Min plan the items we had in mind for the project. Below is the list we came up with:
- T-shirt
- Mask
- Apron
- Broucher
- Plates for nuggets AND the sauce
- Sauce packaging
- Hat
- Voucher
- Totebag
- Water bottle
- Member card
- Container for nuggets and sauce
- Handkerchief
- Cutlery holder (not sure if want to design the fork and spoon also)
- Cold bag
Week 11 (10/06/21)
Mr Shamsul then shortlisted it to 12 items. He removed the sauce packaging, voucher, and cold bag.
We were asked to show some sketches in class. Below are the sketches we showed :

After receiving feedback, me and Chia Min split some of the items first so we could design them separately. Chia Min would be doing the t-shirt, mask, apron, hat, and handkerchief; while I would be doing the plates, tote bags, water bottle, containers, and cutleries.
Before starting the actual designs, I created a pattern for us to use throughout the merchandise.

I send the pattern to Chia Min and she tried playing with some colours.

Week 12 (17/06/21)
We had no class this week, but we continued working on the designs. Chia Min continued to create 2 more designs for the bucket hat and apron designs, while I continue to do research on how to use Dimension (but failed) while doing the designs for the cutlery, cutlery bag, and the cup.
Below is the slide update of our progression:

Week 13 (24/06/21)
After showing our progress and receiving feedback from Mr Shamsul, we continued to work on the designs. Chia Min focused on creating the design for the poster, while I rework the food container, cutlery holder, cutlery, and cup.
Below is our final submission:

FEEDBACK
Week 11 (10/06/21)
We should come up with a pattern that can be applied throughout our merchandise. The container looks fine since it sorts of mimics the nugget shape.
Week 13 (24/06/21)
The masks, bucket hats, and aprons look fine. The tote bag looks better in beige, just keep that option. It's fine if we're not able to use Adobe Dimension for the mockups, just try to make the merchandise look like how it should be. Right now, how we are showing is fine, but try to make it look neater. Look out for the proportions. Include a simple poster design and a flat lay too.
Week 14 (01/07/21)
Mr Shamsul said that the progression looks great.
