Week 4 (03/02/20)

We visited Japan from 03/02/20 to 10/02/20.

Since our topic was onsen and magatama, we decided that we wanted to visit Odaiba's Onsen for our research and try searching for signs of Magatama in Japanese everyday life to help find some answers for our research questions. However, we couldn't find much signs of Magatama so we took a lot of pictures of other lucky elements instead.

For Onsen, there were a lot of photos and videos taken for our data collection and also for us to work on our vlog.

Below are some of the photos and videos taken throughout the trip.

Once we return from Japan, we started compiling everything into a presentation slide. Phang Shuen also created a rough draft for our vlog.

After showing our slides to Ms Anis on 13/02/20, Ms Anis said that it was good but we should :

1. Separate the Onsen Healing properties holistically,
2. Rephrase some of our text,
3. Decide if we want to combine our two topics or choose just one for our final project, and
4. Remember to write our self reflection

By 15/02/20, Phang Shuen created a folder of all of her videos taken at the onsen so I could work on the video editing part. I combined videos from my side and her side for our final vlog.
